Bashly provides event management software that allows users to create events, manage RSVPs, collect song requests, and export playlists to streaming services. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account

Third-Party Content: Song data is provided by third-party services (iTunes, Spotify). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

7. Payment Terms (Beta Phase)

During the beta phase, all features are provided free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, we will notify you in advance and provide clear pricing information. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASHLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
